HOW TO CONTACT US
The easiest and simplest way to contact us is to go into the COMMENTS page from the TABLE OF CONTENTS. Write your request or comment and press the SUBMIT button. Please don't forget to fill in your E-Mail address, otherwise we will not be able to contact you.
We answer all of our E-Mail messages within one day. However, if the matter is urgent, leave us your telephone and fax numbers and we will contact you as soon as we check our mail. NOTE: We use the 'Mail Push' system, so that as soon as your E-Mail arrives we receive a short automated notice from our computer over the mobile phone. This ensures a prompt reply from us.
Our SNAIL MAIL address appears at the top of this page. It is perhaps amazing, but in this electronic age, there are still people who prefer to write to us with the use of the traditional postal system. We have nothing against this method, and usually answer our mail on the same day. Please bear in mind that air mail postage to Israel can take 4 to five work days to arrive, depending on the country that you are sending it from. Return mail takes the same time.
Our TELEFAX number (972-9-7717080) will accept faxes 24 hours a day. Since this line is also used for telephone conversations during working hours, it may be occasionally busy. Simply put your fax machine on auto redial until it makes a connection. If you include your E-Mail address in your fax, then we will acknowledge receipt of the fax by way of E-Mail.
We can be contacted outside of normal working hours by calling our mobile phone number (972-50-546516). Please feel free to use this method. In Israel most weddings and othr special occasions are held in the evenings, which is where you will usually find us (seting up the flower arrangements). Don't worry about waking us up in the middle of the night. We turn off the mobile phone when it's time for sleep.
If you are calling anywhere from within Israel, then you may use our toll-free number (1-800-877 977). This number does not work when calling from abroad.
