Having Difficulty in Sending the Form?
If you are experiencing difficulty in sending us the Order Form, then read on. The following information will help you overcome any difficulties you may be having.
You may be using an older browser version which has difficulty in understanding and in processing some of the commands in the Form page. Download the latest version of MS Internet Explorer or Netscape. These two web browsers are FREE.
If you fill out the form and press the SUBMIT button, and then nothing happens for a long time: try pressing the RELOAD or REFRESH buttons at the top of your browser. The Internet communication lines in your area may be overloaded, and this action will sometimes find a faster route to our Form page.
If after waiting a long time with no response, you may receive a 'timed out' message from your browser. Press your browser's STOP button at the top of the screen, wait a few minutes and try again.

If all of the above methods fail, go to the COMMENTS page and send us your order this way. Our experience shows that this method always succeeds. The COMMENTS page contains very little code and works with all of the browser versions that we have tested. Even at times of maximum Internet congestion, the COMMENTS page works with reasonable speed.
